Yamba came to us in 1998 after being mistreated by a back yard breeder in  Victoria. 

It took  quite a few months to gain her trust, but John and I are both forever thankful to this wonderful girl

 for letting us share ur lives with her.  She is still very wary of strangers  but is a devoted working partner and

 soul mate to Bubba. Yamba did not come from a working background,  but it did not take her long to realize

  that  caring for something was special.    Yamba is at her happiest  when small children, puppies  or baby anything 

is around. She must feel totally safe with them and knows  they will not harm her.  He tail wags constantly  when she

 is with the grandchildren.  

        

Yamba  is the mother of Sandee and Lillee. Both Australian Champions.  She is a devoted  mother to both the dogs and loves  being with them when puppies are born.  Yamba  was never confident enough to be a show dog,  but is obedient  because  she wants to please all of the time.

Yamba  came into our lives with two other dogs,  

Both of those became part of happy homes until their deaths.

 On  behalf of Yamba  we want to thank  Tracy and Stuart,  Katherine, Andy and Cheryl  for the extreme  efforts and support they went to  to bring those dogs  home.
